About Charles Davis

Charles Davis has spent his entire adult life in customer service, problem solving and engineering solutions. For the last seven years he’s had the honor of helping hundreds of individuals, investors, couples, and families finance their real estate and home ownership dreams. He prides himself in customer service, honesty, and transparency. Being part of an industry that is historically fraught with fraud and deceit helps Charles stand heads and shoulders above others.

He sets himself apart in residential mortgage financing by providing big picture views of each customer’s unique situation. Building wealth through real estate is one of the most stable and productive foundational wealth vehicles. Too many people these days dismiss real estate as just a place to live, especially those of the Gen Z or Millennial Generations. On the other side of the generational calendar are people moving into their retirement or third act of their lives. Too many of these folks believe that paying cash for a home in retirement is the best use of their monies. It’s not. All assets in wealth are about balance and understanding of everyone’s goals, appetite of risk and how they want to set up themselves for success and longevity.

Prior to becoming one of the best Mortgage Originators in the country Charles worked in the Information Technology industry including managing larger technology departments within small, medium, and large national organizations. He also ran a successful IT outsourcing and Value Added Reseller company for the better part of two decades.

Charles grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska, graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and prior to moving to the Hilton Head area of South Carolina in 2023 he lived in the Denver, Colorado metro area for almost 30 years.
