We first met Kristina when she was managing a condo that we rented when we first moved to Denver. We ultimately decided to begin our first homebuying experience and immediately thought of Kristina.
At the beginning she was extremely transparent about what to expect and what the market looked like. She took a lot of time with my partner and I to figure out the things that were important for us and curated listings for us that really helped us hone in on the perfect home. Our experience was hindered by COVID-19 but even in the midst of that Kristina worked diligently to help make sure that we found the perfect home, which we did.
As a first-time homebuyer I relied on Kristina as a source of information and guidance. I trusted her implicitly and never once felt that she had anything other than our best interest at heart. I never felt pushed into making a decision – in fact sometimes I would be too hasty and she would help ground me on the things that were really important to us. Due in part to COVID-19 our homebuying experience took 8 months from start to finish and she was with it through all of the ups and downs.
Kristina used technology to our benefit by setting up a very intuitive mailing list that sent homes to us frequently. She was very available and accessible, more so than I would have anticipated. She is extremely professional and has very good insight into the Denver market that only comes from experience. In addition to all of these traits as a realtor, she is also extremely caring and personable, and I felt like I was working with somebody who genuinely cared about our well-being. I have since connected her with my friends for when they start their homebuying process, and will continue to do so.
